Xena walks out of the ballroom to enjoy a moment to herself. With the warm summer night as inspiration, Xena recites "Sonnet 18" outloud to herself while staring off into the distance. Xena professes her love for Elizabeth in a beautiful monologue, not knowing that she is silently listening behind her. Elizabeth is brought to tears, recounting all their sweet moments together. Wonder Woman returns from fetching Elizabeth a drink, and is furious with jealously.
