Daenerys and Dean enter the prison cell to see it is empty. There is nothing but a mystical looking egg, about to hatch. Dany notices that this could be a dragon egg, Dean notices a worrying sigil.

The dragon emerges from the egg and starts to emit a fire that sends Dean and Daenerys into a state of psychosis, where they start getting haunted by their worst fears, darkest secrets and are driven into a state of mania. Will they be able to regain control over themselves?

As the dragon's fire continues to drive them mad, Dean and Daenerys are forced to confront the darkest corners of their own minds, where they must find a way to break free from the psychosis and regain control over themselves. Dean starts to grow weaker and regresses back to the teenage rebel who hated his father. Daenerys regains control briefly and tries to navigate a high-tension, high emotion moment with Dean to beg him to compose himself and snap out of it. She tries to jog his memory about spells and if he knows what this creature could be, but will she able to get through to him in the middle of the psychosis?
