In a small town in Nebraska, Pamela Isley has gone missing. Hermione Granger who is being played by Elizabeth Bennet. Hermione just opened her new detective agency and is hoping for her first client. Harley finds an ad promoting Hermione's new detective agency and, being out of options, Harley goes to Hermione's new office for help to find her missing best friend and flower shop owner. Harley observes that the office is a closet in the back of antique shop. Hermione nervously tries to convince Harley that she can help and secure her first client. Harley is excited to get on the case with Hermione and find her friend.

In the flower shop, Harley and Hermione, played by Elizabeth Bennet, begin searching for clues, discovering a hidden room and cryptic messages that hint at Pamela's dark past.

In the hidden room, Harley and Hermione uncover a shocking revelation about Pamela's past, forcing Harley to confront her own demons and reevaluate her friendship.

As the truth about Pamela's past sinks in, Harley's emotions boil over, and she lashes out at Hermione, who stands firm, offering a tough but compassionate reality check.

As Harley's emotions subside, Hermione takes a closer look at the diary and notices inconsistencies in the hand writing. She starts to think maybe it was planted to frame Pamela.

Hermione and Harley trace one of the transactions in the Diary to the local pawn shop, where they find one of Pamela's lockets. Hermione suggests that Harley create a distraction while Hermione takes a look at the pawn shop ledger to see who sold the locket. Harley is excited to create some chaos.

As they make a quick exit from the pawn shop, Hermione reveals to Harley that the ledger showed the locket was sold by none other than the Joker, Harley's ex-boyfriend, sending Harley into a mix of emotions.

As Harley struggles to process the revelation about the Joker's involvement, Hermione helps her to see that this is an opportunity to finally break free from his toxic influence and take control of her own life. Hermione plans how to find the Joker. Harley plots her revenge.

Hermione uses some clever detective skills and her and Harley track the Joker to an abandoned amusement park, where they devise a plan to sneak in and gather evidence, but Harley's desire for revenge threatens to derail their strategy.

As they sneak through the abandoned amusement park, Harley's impulsiveness nearly blows their cover, but Hermione's quick thinking saves the day, and they finally reach the Joker's hideout, a creepy funhouse mirror maze.

As they navigate the creepy funhouse mirror maze, Harley's past memories and emotions are triggered, causing her to become disoriented and lose track of Hermione, who is then captured by the Joker.

Hermione finds Harley and Pamela tied up in an empty room. Hermione explains that she navigated through the maze, using her detective skills to find a secret door. Harley reveals that the Joker kidnapped Pamela and planted the Diary to lure Harley into a trap and win her back by causing chaos in her life. Harley rejected him so he left her tied up and left. Hermione congratulates Harley for standing up for herself. Harley appreciates their new friendship.

As they exit the abandoned amusement park, Harley and Hermione share a moment of triumph and newfound friendship, with Harley finally feeling free from the Joker's toxic influence and ready to start a new chapter in her life.

As they walk away from the amusement park, Hermione turns to Harley and asks if she wants to join her detective agency. She can't pay her anything, and the hours will be terrible, and the office is a closet in an antique shop. Harley, with a mischievous grin, agrees. They decide to call themselves H&H Detective Agency, for Hermione and Harley. Harley is excited for the next adventure while Hermione frets about what mischief they will get into next.
