This information is used to facilitate your access to our Service and to streamline the sign-in process by allowing you to use your existing credentials from third-party platforms.

Email Communication

Piffle Inc. complies with Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL), and we will not send you electronic communications in contravention of this law. As outlined in our terms of service, by agreeing to be a tester during our alpha phase, you consent to receive emails from us.

While we currently do not have an automated email system with an opt-out feature due to our small size, we will make every effort to personally communicate with you via email. If you wish to stop receiving future emails, please respond STOP to any email or use the contact information provided below.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, and may apply only in certain circumstances.

NOTE: In certain circumstances, Piffle Inc. may not be able to provide access to all of your Personal Information that it holds.  Exceptions may include information that is prohibitively costly to provide, information that contains references to other individuals, information that cannot be disclosed for legal, security or commercial proprietary reasons, or information that is subject to solicitor-client or litigation privilege. Piffle Inc. will provide the reasons for denying access upon request.
• Right to Delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right of Portability. You may have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party.
• Restriction of Processing. You may have the right to ask us to stop, suspend or restrict our processing of personal information.
• Objection. You may have the right to object to our processing of personal information.

Our platform is not directed to children under the age of 16, and Piffle Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under such age. Piffle Inc. may modify and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice to clarify our practices and to reflect new or different privacy practices, such as when we add new services, functionality or features to the Service.  Any such amendment(s) will be posted on the Service and will be effective as of the date of posting.
