Diezmillo "Diez" aka "Rage Monkey"

I am a Goliath. I am short for my people and far from mountain and tribe. My grandfather left the tribe under a cloud to settle in the city to sell trinkets of little use. What I lack in height I more than make up in mass, easily outweighing must of my kind.

History

My name is Diezmillo, but people who are not close to me are just given the name Diez (pronounced dee-ehs). I am of "volatile" temperament. My only solace to a life wretchedly lived is a well-thrown punch. Every time I see another Goliath I must test myself against them. This led to a short-lived career in the fighting pits. The merchant often has me accompany her wares when she does not completely trust the crew. The merchant's father's father knew my grandfather. They were both merchants. My grandfather, nor my father, ever prospered and fell on hard times. While the merchant has tried to help me, I was just too thick to be of much use to her save in the stables or on the road with her wares. When I am not in the fighting pits, bouncing at the bar, playing mercenary for hire, she throws me what work he can. I actually appreciate her staying with me all these years.

Personality

The most important thing to know about me is all debates, disagreements, and squabbles can only be settled with wrestling or punching to unconsciousness. Here is a sampling of things that will result in a punch: - Making note of the fact that I could "pass" for large human - Suggesting that I not smart - Making me feel that I not smart - Suggesting that any ancestor of mine was not smart - Mispronouncing my name and then saying "nuts" I am smart dammit!
