Yuji is a first-year student at Jujutsu High. Despite being a novice in the world of Jujutsu, his natural athleticism and bravery make him a quick learner.

History

Yuji lived a normal life as a high school student until his grandfather's death, where he was told to "help others" as his parting words. Shortly after, he becomes involved in the world of curses when he swallows Sukuna’s finger to save his friends, becoming Sukuna’s vessel. This puts him under a death sentence by Jujutsu authorities but also makes him a critical asset.

Good. Yuji has a strong moral compass and is determined to save as many people as possible.

 

Personality

Optimistic, selfless, and empathetic. Yuji forms strong emotional connections with others and feels the weight of the lives he cannot save. He’s also goofy and light-hearted around his friends.
